Man, oh man, what a day this has been! Trying to get the kids ready for the first day of school after a long fun-filled weekend with family and friends, fighting through rush-hour traffic to get into the office, and rescheduling the afternoon appointments because the school is not prepared for the weeklong heatwave. The stress of being a parent who is also a small business owner can be overwhelming at times. Having a virtual assistant can bring relief to days like this.
A virtual assistant is someone who can perform all your administrative tasks from any location. Your virtual assistant can schedule appointments, manage your calendar, encourage customer engagement through email marketing, provide email maintenance, data entry, transcription services, and conduct online research that can increase lead generation. Virtual assistant services are more cost effective than having in-house administrative staff because you don’t have to worry about overhead cost or employee benefits. The best part of having a virtual assistant is having the flexibility you dreamed of once having.
When you started your business, it is likely that you imagined having more time with family while making tons of money. Soon after you started you realized that being an entrepreneur can be a 24/7 job. Just what you needed, another job that requires all your time and energy.
Envision being able to focus on your business core activities, delegating routine tasks, and scale operations effectively all while being able to attend school plays, games, or even make it home for dinner. Sounds nice, doesn’t it? Having a virtual assistant allows you the flexibility to “have it all”.
We focused on not having enough time, but some other ways to know that it is time to hire a virtual assistant are, not having enough staff and/or not having the skill or knowledge to complete tasks yourself. While you may be an expert in your industry, there may be areas that you need additional help. Recently, I had a meeting with a former client who needed additional help. While this person is an expert within their chosen industry, has multiple degrees, and has many years of experience, the one area where this person struggles the most is research.
Depending on the subject matter, online research can take up more time than most people would like to spend. As a small business owner with a virtual assistant, this returned client can focus on their field of study and receive the research needed. While the needs of each client may vary depending on the industry, and the innerworkings of the company, virtual assistant services are vital to small businesses.
Elevated Standards would like to help you and your small business to increase productivity, optimize your time, and benefit from long-term savings. That is why we are offering, for a limited time, 25% off full-time virtual assistant services.
