Cancellation Policy

Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, depending on the service provider’s availability. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee.
